By using Free Gradient you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The service

Free Gradient provides a library of gradients and color palettes, browser tools, and a JSON API. Browsing, copying, and prebuilt downloads are free. Some features require an account.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Do not share your account or use it to break the law or these terms. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape at a rate that degrades the service, resell access, attempt to bypass rate limits, or use the API to build a direct competitor. Automated access must use an API key and stay within its limits.

Paid API plans

Paid API plans are billed monthly in cryptocurrency and grant a rate limit for the billing period. Access activates once a payment is verified and remains active until it expires. Because payments are made in crypto and verified manually, they are non-refundable once access is activated. You may stop at any time by not renewing.

Content and licensing

Gradients and palettes are generated from color data. You may use copied values and generated downloads in personal and commercial work. You may not redistribute the site database in bulk.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranty. We are not liable for any loss arising from its use. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
